Darf ich Sie auf die miserable =D6kobilanz des Luftverkehrs=20
in der VC=D6-Studie (Beilage) aufmerksam machen?=20

Es f=E4llt mir der Satz darin auf:
"=D6sterreich kann hier w=E4hrend seiner Pr=E4sidentschaft einiges =
vorantreiben"

Ich m=F6chte Sie um Mitteilung ersuchen, ob die Gr=FCnen
die Regierung schon dazu aufgefordert haben?

Und wenn nicht, wann sie das tun werden?=20
- 6 Monate sind schnell um!
Ich werde Ihre Antwort gerne, ebenso wie dieses Schreiben,
auf unsere homepage stellen.

Nach der "Offen gesagt"-Sendung =FCber Feinstaub ist vielen Leuten
aufgefallen,=20
dass kein Wort =FCber die Flugverkehrs-Emissionen verloren wurde=20
und dass bei dem bei uns vorherrschenden Westwind,
es aufgelegter Bl=F6dsinn ist,=20
wenn argumentiert wird, wir bek=E4men von den Oststaaten soviel=20
her=FCbergeblasen!

Tatsache ist, dass im Bez. Bruck a.d.Leitha, der in der=20
Hauptwindrichtung vom Flughafen liegt, wo also die Flughafen-
Emissionen haupts=E4chlich hingeblasen werden,
seit Jahren die H=E4ufigkeit von Bronchus-Karzinomen signifikant =FCber
dem =F6sterreichischen Durchschnitt liegt (bisher unklarer Ursache???)

Vielleicht k=F6nnen Sie =FCber Ihre Kontakte die genauen Daten bekommen =
?
(Sterberegister/Stat.Zentralamt Thesaurus der Todesursachen in =
=D6sterreich)

Daher ist es notwendig, dass endlich einmal die Feinststaub-Partikel
(kleiner als die immer nur diskutierten PM10) unter die Lupe ge-
nommen werden!

Wie aus der Studie von Dr. Petzold (DLR) hervorgeht, fehlen f=FCr die=20
Bewertung der Emissionen des Flugverkehrs international anerkannte
Standards, womit eine Bewertung der Auswirkungen dieser Emissionen
nicht m=F6glich ist.

Nachdem diese Defizite also bekannt sind, dr=E4ngt sich die Frage auf:
    a) wann werden die Wissensl=FCcken geschlossen
    b) wann werden entsprechende Regelungen eingef=FChrt
